Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments.
- Accurately stock and organize inventory within the warehouse.
- Pick orders using RF scanners or pick lists with high precision.
- Pack items securely for shipment, ensuring product integrity.
- Prepare outgoing shipments, including labeling and staging.
- Operate material handling equipment safely (training available).
- Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe work environment.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including the correct use of PPE.
- Conduct inventory checks and assist with cycle counts.
- Collaborate with team members to meet operational targets.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics setting is a plus.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull items up to 50 pounds.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn and operate warehouse equipment.
- Understanding and adherence to safety standards and PPE requirements.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks for extended periods.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
Work Environment: This position operates in a busy warehouse environment. Some exposure to noise, dust, and temperature variations is expected. Strict adherence to safety guidelines and the mandatory use of appropriate PPE are essential for all tasks.
