Responsibilities:
- Load and unload materials from trucks and trailers.
- Operate material handling equipment, such as pallet jacks and forklifts (certification may be required).
- Pick, pack, and stage orders accurately and efficiently.
- Receive and stock incoming inventory.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and use required PPE.
- Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts.
- Report any damaged goods or safety hazards immediately.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment preferred.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 50 lbs regularly).
- Understanding of warehouse operations and safety procedures.
- Familiarity with using PPE correctly.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable and punctual.
