Your duties will include receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping orders. Adherence to all safety protocols, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and safe Lifting techniques, is paramount. Responsibilities:
- Receive and inspect incoming shipments.
- Stock and organize merchandise within the distribution center.
- Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently.
- Prepare orders for shipment and load onto trucks.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and dollies.
- Maintain accurate inventory records.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including the use of PPE.
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and free from hazards.
- Perform tasks involving manual Lifting and handling of goods.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a distribution center or warehouse environment is a plus.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent Lifting and standing.
- Basic understanding of inventory management principles.
- Commitment to safety and the correct use of PPE.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
