Join our team as a Fulfillment Associate in Detroit, Michigan! We are looking for dedicated individuals to help us efficiently process and ship customer orders. This role is essential to our daily operations, ensuring that products are picked, packed, and dispatched accurately and on schedule. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, physically capable of handling warehouse tasks, and committed to upholding Safety standards. This position offers a great entry point into the Logistics sector and provides a chance to be part of a reliable supply chain.
Responsibilities:
- Pick and pack customer orders with precision and speed.
- Process shipments, including generating labels and preparing packages.
- Receive, verify, and stock incoming inventory.
- Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the warehouse space.
- Adhere strictly to all Safety regulations and procedures.
- Utilize warehouse equipment like pallet jacks and scanners efficiently.
- Conduct inventory checks and report any discrepancies.
- Wear and utilize all mandated Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Support overall warehouse Logistics and operational flow.
- Perform other general warehouse duties as required.
Qualifications:
- Experience in a warehouse or similar environment is beneficial.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced setting.
- High level of accuracy and focus.
- Capacity for Lifting items up to 40 lbs on a regular basis.
- Knowledge of warehouse Safety best practices.
- Experience with order fulfillment processes.
- Willingness to comply with PPE requirements.
