We are seeking energetic and reliable Warehouse Associates to join our growing team in Charlotte, North Carolina. This role is fundamental to our daily operations, involving the movement, organization, and processing of goods within our facility. You will be responsible for tasks such as picking orders, stocking inventory, loading and unloading trucks, and maintaining a clean and safe work area. The ideal candidate is hardworking, detail-oriented, and understands the importance of efficient logistics and a secure workplace. We provide all necessary PPE and expect all employees to prioritize safety. This is a great opportunity to gain valuable experience in the logistics industry.
Responsibilities:
- Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently.
- Receive and put away incoming inventory.
- Load and unload materials from trucks and other vehicles.
- Organize and maintain inventory in designated storage areas.
- Keep the warehouse clean, tidy, and free from hazards.
- Operate pallet jacks and other manual lifting equipment safely.
- Report any damaged goods or safety concerns to management.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including the proper use of PPE.
- Assist with various tasks to ensure smooth logistics operations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience is beneficial but not required.
- Ability to perform manual lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Understanding of basic inventory and logistics principles is a plus.
- Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment and using PPE.
