Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated Picker/Packer to join our thriving logistics center in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring that customer orders are accurately and efficiently processed. Your primary responsibilities will include selecting items from warehouse shelves, verifying order details, and packaging products securely for shipment. This position demands a high level of accuracy, speed, and a strong commitment to maintaining a safe working environment.
Responsibilities:
  • Accurately pick products from warehouse locations based on order fulfillment lists.
  • Utilize RF scanners to track inventory and update order statuses.
  • Pack orders using appropriate materials to ensure product safety during transit.
  • Assemble boxes and prepare shipments for dispatch.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in accordance with warehouse standards.
  • Strictly adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including the mandatory use of PPE.
  • Participate in inventory cycle counts and stock replenishment activities.
  • Meet daily picking and packing productivity goals.
  • Assist with other warehouse tasks as assigned by supervisors.
  • Contribute positively to the overall logistics operations.

Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in a warehouse picking or packing role is advantageous.
  • Ability to perform consistent lifting of items up to 45 lbs.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.
  • Capability to work efficiently and independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of warehouse safety practices and the importance of wearing PPE.
  • Good organizational skills and ability to manage time effectively.
  • Reliable and punctual attendance is essential.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
