We are seeking a motivated and reliable Warehouse Worker to join our dynamic team in Los Angeles, California. Responsibilities:
- Receive incoming shipments, verify contents against purchase orders, and report any discrepancies.
- Store inventory in designated areas, ensuring proper rotation and organization.
- Pick and pack orders accurately based on customer requirements and shipping schedules.
- Operate warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks and forklifts (if certified and trained).
- Conduct regular inventory counts and assist with maintaining inventory accuracy.
- Maintain a clean and orderly warehouse environment, adhering to all safety regulations.
- Load and unload trucks as needed, ensuring the safe handling of all goods.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure efficient workflow and meet daily targets.
- Adhere strictly to all company policies and procedures, with a strong emphasis on safety.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse or general labor experience is a plus.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent lifting of up to 50 pounds.
- Familiarity with basic inventory management principles.
- Knowledge of warehouse safety procedures and the proper use of PPE.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong commitment to attendance.
