This position offers a fantastic opportunity to engage in various warehouse functions that keep our operations running smoothly. You'll contribute to the efficient flow of goods, from receiving to shipping. Your day-to-day activities will involve handling products, organizing inventory, and ensuring order accuracy. We value a safe and collaborative work atmosphere, and all necessary Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) will be provided. This role demands physical stamina and a commitment to maintaining high standards of productivity and safety. Daily tasks may include:
- Receiving, inspecting, and storing incoming merchandise.
- Picking and packing orders with accuracy and efficiency.
- Loading and unloading trucks using appropriate material handling equipment.
- Maintaining a clean and organized work environment, free from hazards.
- Performing inventory counts and assisting with stock checks.
- Adhering strictly to all safety procedures and guidelines to prevent accidents.
- Operating forklifts and other machinery as needed, after proper training and certification.
- Communicating effectively with team members and supervisors regarding workflow and potential issues.
- Demonstrating a strong commitment to workplace safety and efficient logistics practices.
- The ability to perform tasks involving moderate to heavy Lifting, up to 50 pounds, is essential.
