Join our dynamic team as a Distribution Center Associate in Madison, Wisconsin! We are seeking motivated individuals to support our fast-paced logistics operations. This role is crucial for ensuring the efficient flow of goods through our state-of-the-art facility. You will be responsible for various tasks including receiving, stocking, order picking, packing, and shipping.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders.
- Receive and process incoming inventory.
- Stock shelves and maintain warehouse organization.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently (training provided for some roles).
- Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures.
- Maintain a clean and orderly work environment.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals.
- Perform cycle counts and inventory checks as needed.
Qualifications:
- Previous warehouse or distribution center experience is a plus, but not required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Must be able to perform tasks involving frequent standing, bending, and **Lifting** up to 50 lbs.
- Willingness to wear required **PPE** such as safety vests and gloves.
