About
We are seeking a diligent Warehouse Associate to join our team in Provo, Utah. This role is fundamental to the successful operation of our warehouse and distribution center. The Warehouse Associate will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including receiving and stocking inventory, order picking and packing, and preparing shipments. A strong focus on efficiency, accuracy, and workplace Safety is essential. As part of our logistics team, you will play a key role in ensuring that our products reach their destinations efficiently and without damage. We provide all mandatory PPE to ensure your well-being. This position involves consistent Lifting and requires the ability to perform physically demanding tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Receive incoming shipments, verify contents against purchase orders, and stock inventory appropriately.
- Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently based on customer requirements.
- Prepare shipments for delivery, including labeling and staging.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks safely.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Conduct inventory counts and assist with inventory management.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, with a strong emphasis on Safety .
- Wear and utilize all provided PPE , such as safety vests and gloves.
- Contribute to the overall efficiency of our logistics operations by performing various warehouse duties.
- Previous experience in a warehouse environment is preferred but not required.
- Ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions.
- Proficiency in basic math and record-keeping.
- Capability for regular Lifting of items weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Understanding of warehouse Safety best practices.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods.
