You will be expected to wear all mandated PPE and be comfortable with Lifting requirements throughout your shift. This role is a linchpin in our distribution network, guaranteeing the timely and correct dispatch of all orders. Key Responsibilities:
- Execute customer order picking using WMS, RF scanners, and pick tickets.
- Accurately locate and retrieve designated products from various warehouse zones.
- Verify product identifiers and quantities against order specifications.
- Prepare picked items for packing and staging, ensuring proper handling.
- Maintain impeccable organization and cleanliness within your assigned picking area.
- Strictly follow all established safety guidelines and consistently wear required PPE.
- Proactively identify and report any inventory anomalies or operational issues.
- Contribute to inventory accuracy through participation in cycle counts.
- Achieve and surpass established productivity and accuracy benchmarks.
- Operate material handling equipment as needed, following all safety regulations.
Qualifications:
- Proven ability to perform repetitive physical tasks and maintain productivity in a demanding warehouse setting.
- Must be capable of frequent Lifting of items weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Exceptional attention to detail ensuring order accuracy.
- Prior experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) and RF scanning technology is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of warehouse safety regulations and the importance of PPE.
- Excellent manual dexterity and coordination.
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced logistics environment.
- Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
