Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming inventory.
- Stock shelves and manage inventory levels accurately.
- Pick and pack orders based on customer requirements.
- Prepare shipments for dispatch, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently (e.g., pallet jacks).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety regulations.
- Participate in regular inventory counts and checks.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) as needed.
Qualifications:
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent Lifting of up to 50 lbs.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and logistics.
- Commitment to safety protocols and wearing required PPE.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus.
