Become a key player in our Tampa, Florida fulfillment center as a Fulfillment Associate. We're searching for proactive individuals who are passionate about efficient order processing and customer satisfaction. This role involves a wide range of warehouse activities, from receiving goods to shipping finished orders. Responsibilities:
- Process incoming and outgoing shipments accurately and efficiently.
- Pick and pack customer orders with precision and care.
- Conduct quality checks to ensure product integrity.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and hand trucks.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with stock management.
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and free from hazards.
- Follow all established safety procedures and guidelines.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative team atmosphere.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in order fulfillment or a warehouse setting is advantageous.
- Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 40 lbs.
- Good manual dexterity and attention to detail.
- Capability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet performance targets.
- Willingness to wear appropriate PPE, such as safety vests and gloves.
- Basic understanding of logistics operations.
- Must be able to stand, walk, and bend for the duration of the shift.
- Reliability and a strong commitment to punctuality.
- Team-oriented mindset and effective communication skills.
