Job Summary:
Become a key player in our operations as a Warehouse Associate at our Boise, Idaho facility. This position is crucial for the efficient functioning of our logistics and distribution processes. As a Warehouse Associate, your duties will encompass a broad range of activities, including receiving, stocking, order picking, packing, and preparing goods for shipment. You will operate essential warehouse equipment, maintain inventory accuracy, and ensure that our workspace remains clean and safe. We are looking for dependable individuals who are team-oriented and possess a strong sense of responsibility. This role necessitates physical resilience, as it involves prolonged periods of standing and frequent lifting and handling of various products. Safety is our paramount concern, and all associates are mandated to rigorously follow safety guidelines and correctly utilize Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times. Comprehensive training will be provided for warehouse operations and equipment usage. This role presents an excellent avenue for gaining valuable experience within the logistics industry and advancing with a progressive company. Responsibilities include aiding in inventory counts, organizing stock effectively, and preparing outgoing orders.
Responsibilities:
  • Accept and unload incoming shipments accurately.
  • Place products into their correct storage locations within the warehouse.
  • Accurately pick items needed for customer orders.
  • Pack items securely and prepare them for shipping.
  • Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other relevant machinery.
  • Participate in regular inventory counts and stock assessments.
  • Uphold a clean, orderly, and safe working environment.
  • Strictly follow all company safety regulations and wear all required PPE.
  • Support other warehouse-related tasks as needed.
  • Engage in physical activities including lifting and moving items, always adhering to safety protocols.
