Join our vibrant team as a Warehouse Associate in our Miami, Florida facility. This role is integral to the efficient operation of our logistics and distribution center. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be involved in a variety of tasks, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping goods. You will operate material handling equipment, maintain inventory accuracy, and ensure a clean and safe working environment. The ideal candidate is a team player, reliable, and possesses a strong work ethic. This position requires physical stamina, as you will be on your feet for extended periods and will be involved in regular lifting and moving of products. Safety is our utmost priority; therefore, all associates must strictly follow safety procedures and utilize Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) correctly at all times. We offer comprehensive training on warehouse operations and equipment usage. This is a great opportunity to gain experience in the logistics industry and contribute to a growing company. Responsibilities include assisting with inventory counts, organizing stock, and preparing orders for dispatch.
Responsibilities:
- Receive and unload incoming inventory.
- Store products in designated warehouse locations.
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately.
- Prepare orders for shipment.
- Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and assist with stocktaking.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and wear required PPE.
- Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned.
- Perform tasks requiring physical activity, including lifting and moving goods, following safety best practices.
