About
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Order Picker to join our dynamic logistics team in Nashville, Tennessee. As an Order Picker, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accurate and efficient fulfillment of customer orders. Your primary responsibility will be to accurately pick and pack items from warehouse shelves according to order tickets. This position requires a strong commitment to safety protocols and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for operating equipment such as pallet jacks and scanners to locate, retrieve, and stage orders for shipment. Attention to detail is paramount to minimize errors and ensure customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will be reliable, possess good communication skills, and be able to work independently or as part of a team. We provide comprehensive training and all necessary PPE . Lifting up to 50 lbs may be required. This is an excellent opportunity to grow within the logistics industry. Adherence to all safety guidelines is mandatory. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from inventory using pick lists or scanner technology.
- Pack items securely for shipment, ensuring product integrity.
- Verify order accuracy before staging for delivery.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures.
- Participate in regular inventory counts.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily order fulfillment goals.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse or order picking experience a plus.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic math and reading skills.
- Willingness to wear required PPE and follow all safety regulations.
- Comfortable with Lifting requirements.
