This involves navigating the warehouse, utilizing order lists or scanning devices, and preparing items for the packing station. A strong understanding of **Logistics** flow and the importance of order accuracy is essential. We maintain a strong emphasis on **Safety**, requiring all employees to use appropriate **PPE** and follow established procedures. This position requires significant physical activity, including frequent **Lifting**, bending, walking, and standing for extended periods. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick customer orders based on pick lists or scanning devices.
- Verify item numbers and quantities before picking.
- Stage picked items for the packing department.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Operate electric pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment as needed.
- Adhere strictly to all **Safety** procedures and **PPE** requirements.
- Assist with **Lifting** and moving of products up to 50 lbs.
- Contribute to the efficient flow of **Logistics** within the warehouse.
- Report any discrepancies or damages immediately.
- Meet or exceed picking productivity goals.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support warehouse operations.
