As an Inventory Control Specialist, you will be responsible for implementing and managing inventory control procedures, conducting regular audits, and utilizing our warehouse management system (WMS) to track stock levels, movements, and locations. You will investigate and resolve any stock discrepancies, work closely with other departments to ensure accurate receiving and shipping, and contribute to process improvements. This position requires a keen eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and a commitment to maintaining a highly organized and efficient warehouse environment. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of inventory management principles and a proactive approach to problem-solving. We emphasize **PPE** compliance and adherence to all **Safety** protocols to ensure a secure working environment. Responsibilities:
- Conduct cycle counts and physical inventories.
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate inventory records in the WMS.
- Monitor stock rotation and identify slow-moving or obsolete items.
- Implement and enforce inventory control policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with receiving, shipping, and operations teams.
- Generate inventory reports for management.
- Ensure proper storage and organization of all inventory items.
- Adhere to all **Safety** guidelines and **PPE** requirements.
- Assist with **Lifting** and moving inventory as needed.
- Contribute to the overall efficiency of our **Logistics** operations.
