With the emergence of eHealth and the availability of new tools for health professionals, we offer exciting challenges as well as rewarding work close to the Health Systems Pole, which is responsible for optimizing health network data to support quality care and the medical-economic management of institutions.We are looking for a 80% Responsible (M/F).Your missionAs a Responsible, you will ensure technical responsibility for a portfolio of critical applications within the Neuchâtel health system. You guarantee the stability, performance, security, and scalability of the solutions you are responsible for. As a technical referent, you master their architecture, dependencies, and monitoring, and you manage their life cycle in collaboration with the infrastructure, security, and support teams.ProfileHolder of a degree in Technology (University, HES or ES) or deemed equivalent experience in management and mastery of architectures (ESB, API, data flows) and management of environments and dependencies between systems. Knowledge of standards for security, performance, and high availability, as well as tools for monitoring, lifecycle management, and database skills (SQL, Oracle, PostgreSQL). Good knowledge of Linux environments (scripts, monitoring, troubleshooting). Good understanding of DevOps environments and CI/CD is an advantage.Personal skillsAbility to analyze complex environments and propose technical solutions with a sense of responsibility in managing critical situations. Excellent communication skills with infrastructure teams, partners, suppliers, and a synthesis mindset. Autonomy in decision-making.
