Senior civil engineering field missions include planning, organizing and coordinating work on construction sites while ensuring adherence to deadlines, budgets, and quality standards. Supervising on-site teams and ensuring effective communication between different stakeholders (clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors) while monitoring the progress of work and guaranteeing compliance with current safety standards. Managing the aspects and finances of the construction sites, including budgeting and financial tracking, while managing a team (work site manager, foreman, team leaders, and workers).You bring: A degree in construction or an engineering degree from a recognized institution or equivalent. Confirmed experience in project management (minimum 15 years) in the field of civil engineering, networks and concrete, with at least 5 years of experience in Switzerland. The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with rigor and a team spirit.
