IT Support Technician Level 2 Job Description As part of our growth, we are looking for a motivated IT Support Technician Level 2, capable of handling various requests, contributing to technical projects, and gradually evolving towards higher-level tasks. Main Responsibilities: Manage level 1 and 2 support tickets (and gradually level 3) via our ITSMA tool. Provide assistance via phone, email, and remote control. Diagnose, resolve, or escalate technical incidents. Maintain and administer client environments (mainly Microsoft 365 and network infrastructures). Participate in and deploy new client projects. Document interventions and contribute to the continuous service improvement. Desired Profile: Required Technical Skills: Very good knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Exchange online, Teams, SharePoint, Azure). Knowledge of networks (TCP/IP, VLAN, VPN, DNS, DHCP), Windows server environments, and Active Directory. Experience with remote control and ticket management tools. Good capability to diagnose and resolve various technical incidents. Good level of technical English, both oral and written, required (Multilingual environment and/or equivalent in Microsoft field (MS-900, MD-102, AZ-104,)). ITIL certification - a plus. Personal Qualities: Excellent customer service skills. Autonomy, rigor, and analytical ability. Good stress management and prioritization skills. Willingness to learn and advance to level 3 support.
