Location: Busy Bees Nottingham University (Ofsted Good)

As a Nursery Manager, your key responsibilities will include:

• Leading and inspiring your team to deliver high-quality childcare
• Ensuring strong EYFS practice and continuous quality improvement
• Maintaining full compliance and a safe learning environment
• Managing budgets, staffing, and resources effectively
• Building positive relationships with parents, staff, and the community
• Supporting staff development and promoting best practices

We’re looking for someone who is:

• Qualified with a Level 3 childcare qualification (NNEB, BTEC, CACHE, NVQ)
• Experienced as a Nursery Manager or Assistant Manager
• Possessing strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
• Passionate about delivering exceptional early years education
