Role OverviewAre you ready to take the lead? In this exciting role, you will manage and develop our Pre-Sales team, transforming it into a central and trusted point of contact across the business. You’ll oversee daily customer service activities, ensuring that customer queries, service or billing inquiries are resolved efficiently, while maintaining accurate handling of customer information and product specifications.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead and Inspire: Manage the Pre-Sales team to deliver outstanding customer support.
Mentor Future Leaders: Develop apprentices within the team and support their professional growth.
Enhance Skills: Oversee team skills development and coordinate training initiatives.
Manage Government Schemes: Oversee MCS umbrella and other relevant programs.
Innovate Product Offerings: Support the introduction of new equipment into our product portfolio.
Design Solutions: Assist in the design and sale of equipment for both small and large-scale projects.
Provide Comprehensive Support: Offer assistance across domestic and commercial heating product lines.
Ensure Accuracy: Maintain precise handling of customer data, billing information, and product specifications.
Experience: Background in customer service and/or pre-sales support.
Leadership Skills: Previous team leadership or supervisory experience.
Communication: Strong organizational and communication skills.
Customer-Centric Approach: Ability to work with structured processes while keeping the customer in focus.
Interest in Technical Products: Experience in heating or related sectors is desirable.
IT Skills: Proficient in relevant software and tools.
People Skills: Excellent interpersonal abilities.
Time Management: Strong ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Communication and Presentation: Capable of conveying information clearly and effectively.
Understanding of Government Schemes: Advantageous, but full training will be provided.
Knowledge of ASHPs: Advantageous, but full training will be provided.
