Join Our Team as an L&D Apprentice!

Are you ready to kickstart your career in Learning and Development? We are on the lookout for a passionate L&D Apprentice to collaborate with our L&D Coordinator and People Development Business Partner. In this exciting role, you will play a vital part in supporting the delivery and implementation of our training initiatives.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain Training Records: Update and manage training information on our Learning Management System (Dayforce Learning).
  • Coordinate Training Sessions: Book individual training needs and process Joining Instructions.
  • Delegate Management: Produce delegate lists for all internal courses.
  • Venue Setup: Assist in setting up venues for internal training sessions.
  • Record Keeping: Ensure accurate record-keeping and posting of training results and certifications.
  • Feedback Collection: Issue course evaluation surveys to gather valuable feedback.
  • Support New Starters: Ensure new starter certifications and CSCS records are received, and assist leavers in collating theirs.
  • Administer Development Programs: Support the administration of company-wide development programs as needed.
  • Handle Inquiries: Address day-to-day inquiries and resolve queries from employees and line managers.
Your Key Performance Indicators
  • Maintain accurate records in the LMS.
  • Build strong working relationships with internal Subject Matter Experts (SMEs).
  • Achieve specific objectives in collaboration with the People Development Business Partner.
  • Establish open and honest relationships with key stakeholders to foster continuous improvement.
What We’re Looking For Essential Skills & Experience:
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills.
  • Outstanding customer service abilities.
  • Highly organized and proactive approach.
  • Proficient in Excel and Outlook.
  • GCSE English & Maths (grades 4-9 / A-C).
Desired Skills:
  • Experience in an administrative environment.
