The Electrical Testing Manager will play a pivotal role in overseeing and managing all testing activities across our product portfolio. This includes UL Testing, new product development tests, and manufacturing partner testing for finished products, ensuring compliance with all relevant electrical and safety standards. The position will also involve developing, maintaining, and ensuring the compliance of our Testing Lab at the Hyper Hub in Richmond, Virginia. With a strong focus on the Data Center Market, the successful candidate will ensure that our products meet the high-performance standards demanded by this critical industry, from reliability and efficiency to compliance and safety. Testing drive corrective actions Act as primary technical authority for testing compliance New Product Development Partner with Engineering on validation for high-density power, redundancy, and reliability Design stress, load, and environmental testing aligned to mission-critical use cases Stay ahead of evolving data center and regulatory standards FAT, SOPs
