Job Summary:
Join our busy distribution center in St. Louis, Missouri, as a Distribution Center Associate! We are looking for energetic and reliable individuals to become integral members of our logistics team. In this role, you will perform a variety of essential warehouse functions, including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping orders with accuracy and speed. Your contributions will directly impact our ability to meet customer demands efficiently. We maintain a steadfast commitment to workplace Safety , providing comprehensive training and requiring the mandatory use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE ). This role demands physical stamina, involving frequent standing, walking, bending, and the significant lifting of items up to 60 lbs. Responsibilities:
  • Receive, verify, and stock incoming inventory accurately.
  • Pick and pack customer orders using RF scanners or pick sheets.
  • Prepare orders for shipment, ensuring proper packaging, labeling, and documentation.
  • Load and unload trucks as directed, following safe lifting practices.
  • Maintain inventory accuracy and assist with regular cycle counts.
  • Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks safely.
  • Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and free from hazards, adhering to all Safety standards.
  • Wear all required PPE to ensure personal and co-worker safety .
  • Support the overall logistics process and work collaboratively with team members.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by warehouse management.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a warehouse or distribution setting. Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and RF scanners is a plus. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment are essential.
