Your main duties will involve locating specified items in the warehouse, picking them accurately, and then packing them securely for shipment. This role is essential for ensuring that our customers receive the correct items in perfect condition, directly impacting our service reputation. This position requires constant movement, walking, reaching, and the ability to handle the frequent lifting of items up to 40 lbs. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick customer orders from warehouse shelves using RF scanners or pick lists.
- Inspect picked items for damage or defects before packing.
- Pack items securely and efficiently, selecting appropriate shipping materials.
- Prepare orders for shipment, including labeling and documentation.
- Maintain high levels of accuracy and productivity in picking and packing.
- Assist with inventory control and cycle counts as needed.
- Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe, adhering to all Safety regulations.
- Wear required PPE at all times to ensure personal and co-worker safety .
- Understand and follow all established warehouse logistics procedures.
- Collaborate with colleagues to meet daily order fulfillment targets.
