Overview:Williams-Sonoma, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented and design-savvy E-commerce Site Auditor to evaluate and optimize our brand websites. This role is ideal for a Site Merchandiser, UX Researcher, or Designer with a passion for e-commerce and a strong understanding of user experience principles that drive sales.Key Responsibilities:Conduct comprehensive audits of WSI brand websites (desktop & mobile) to identify friction points and sales opportunities.Evaluate UI, photography, and UX across product areas and site segments.Perform competitive research and internal brand comparisons.Deliver findings and actionable recommendations via polished PowerPoint presentations to CFX partners.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to advocate for improvements.Create mockups to visualize proposed UI/UX enhancements.Analyze merchandising strategies and e-commerce usability.Produce supporting documentation including analysis reports and design recommendations.Must-Have Qualifications:2+ years of experience in e-commerce, UX research, or site merchandising.Strong understanding of e-commerce UX best practices and usability principles.Experience with tools such as Adobe Analytics, Quantum Metric, or similar.Ability to conduct qualitative and quantitative research.Design proficiency for creating mockups and presentation decks.Portfolio demonstrating modern, high-quality UX design and competitive audits.Preferred Qualifications:Background in smaller e-commerce retailers is welcome.Proficiency in PowerPoint and UI design tools.Strong design finesse and ability to communicate visually.Interview Process:Initial Call (30 min): Introductory conversation.Design Challenge (3 hrs max): Open-ended comparative audit exercise (not used by WSI).Final Round (1 hr): Deep dive discussion with team.Submission Requirements:ResumePortfolio showcasing relevant design audits and mockupsPay and Benefits:The pay range for this position is $75.00 - $80.00/hr.Benefits may include medical, dental & vision, 401(k), life insurance, disability, HSA, transportation benefits, employee assistance, and PTO, subject to eligibility and employment terms.Workplace Type:This is a fully onsite position in San Francisco, CA.Application Deadline:This position is anticipated to close on Aug 7, 2025.About TEKsystems:TEKsystems is a leading provider in technology services, with a global presence and a focus on transformation and partnership.
