About
Our Richmond, Virginia facility is looking for dedicated Picker/Packers to support our growing e-commerce operations. In this role, you will be at the forefront of fulfilling customer orders accurately and efficiently. Your primary responsibilities will include picking items from warehouse shelves based on order sheets or using scanning equipment, and then carefully packing these items into appropriate shipping containers. Attention to detail is critical to ensure that customers receive the correct products in perfect condition. You will be expected to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting productivity targets while maintaining high standards of quality. This position requires you to be on your feet for extended periods and to perform frequent lifting of boxes and items, typically up to 30 pounds. A strong work ethic and the ability to work collaboratively with a team are essential. We emphasize a culture of safety, and all employees are required to follow strict safety procedures and utilize provided PPE.
