About
Join our busy logistics center in Houston, Texas, as a Warehouse Associate! We are seeking reliable and hardworking individuals to contribute to the efficient operation of our facility. In this role, you will be involved in a variety of warehouse tasks, including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping products. Your duties will encompass unloading incoming shipments, verifying inventory accuracy, and organizing stock in designated areas. You will also be responsible for accurately picking items for customer orders and preparing them for shipment, ensuring they meet our quality standards. Maintaining a clean and safe work environment is a top priority, and you will be expected to follow all safety guidelines and regulations, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) such as safety vests and steel-toed boots. This position requires physical stamina for frequent Lifting and moving of goods. A strong attention to detail and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment are essential. This is a great opportunity to build a career in the logistics industry.
Responsibilities:
- Receive and unload incoming inventory.
- Inspect goods for damage and verify quantities against orders.
- Stock shelves and storage locations accurately.
- Pick items for customer orders using RF scanners or pick lists.
- Pack orders securely for safe transport.
- Prepare shipments for outbound delivery.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the warehouse.
- Operate material handling equipment as required.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and wear required PPE.
- Participate in inventory counts and cycle checks.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus.
- Ability to perform regular Lifting and moving of products up to 45 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Understanding of warehouse safety procedures.
- Willingness to use all required PPE.
- Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods.
- Reliable and punctual.
