Job Summary:
We are hiring motivated Warehouse Associates for our San Antonio, Texas facility! In this role, you will contribute to the daily operations of our warehouse, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in various tasks. Responsibilities may include receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping goods. This is a hands-on position that requires reliability, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining a safe work environment. You will be part of a team dedicated to excellence in logistics and supply chain management, playing a crucial part in getting products to our customers.
Responsibilities:
  • Receive and inspect incoming inventory for damage and accuracy.
  • Stock shelves and organize inventory in designated areas.
  • Pick and pack orders according to customer specifications.
  • Prepare orders for shipment, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.
  • Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including the proper use of PPE.
  • Participate in inventory counts and audits.
  • Follow instructions and work collaboratively with team members and supervisors.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement efforts within the warehouse.
  • Understand and apply best practices in logistics and material handling.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Previous warehouse or general labor experience is a plus.
  • Ability to read and understand work orders and product labels.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet performance targets.
  • Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
  • Knowledge of warehouse safety practices and the importance of PPE.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Reliable and punctual.
