This is a dynamic role within our fulfillment center, where you'll be essential in getting orders out the door accurately and efficiently. You'll be a critical link in our logistics chain, ensuring customer satisfaction through precise order preparation.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from warehouse shelves according to order lists.
- Efficiently pack picked items into appropriate boxes or containers, ensuring product safety.
- Inspect products for damage or defects before packing.
- Apply shipping labels and necessary documentation to packages.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to maximize efficiency.
- Operate scanning equipment to track inventory and order progress.
- Adhere strictly to all company safety protocols and procedures, including the mandatory use of PPE .
- Assist with receiving and stocking duties as needed.
- Contribute to inventory accuracy by reporting discrepancies.
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily fulfillment goals.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in picking and packing or general warehouse work is preferred.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive movements.
- Capable of lifting up to 40 pounds regularly.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Familiarity with warehouse safety procedures and PPE .
- Basic understanding of logistics processes.
