Job Summary:
Our state-of-the-art distribution center in Baltimore, Maryland is looking for dedicated Distribution Center Associates. This comprehensive role involves a variety of tasks critical to our logistics and supply chain operations. You will be involved in receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping a wide range of products, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and safety at every step. Responsibilities:
  • Receive, unload, and inspect incoming inventory, verifying against manifests.
  • Stock and organize merchandise in designated warehouse locations using appropriate methods.
  • Accurately pick products for customer orders using RF scanners and pick lists.
  • Pack orders with care, ensuring proper materials are used to prevent damage during transit.
  • Prepare shipments for dispatch, applying labels and staging items correctly.
  • Operate various warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently (certification may be required).
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment according to established procedures.
  • Adhere to all safety regulations, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
  • Participate in regular inventory counts, cycle counts, and stock management activities.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the logistics operations.
  • Perform physical tasks requiring consistent effort, including lifting up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Previous experience in a distribution center, warehouse, or logistics role preferred.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, demanding environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Capability of lifting and moving items weighing up to 50 pounds.
  • Proficiency with RF scanning technology and warehouse management systems is a plus.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
  • A strong understanding of safety protocols and the importance of PPE.
