Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items for customer orders using handheld scanners or other specified equipment.
- Verify product information to ensure order accuracy and prevent errors.
- Package orders securely and efficiently, selecting appropriate shipping materials.
- Label packages correctly for transit.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation and contribute to overall warehouse tidiness.
- Adhere to all safety guidelines, including the correct use of PPE.
- Meet or exceed productivity targets for picking and packing.
- Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned, contributing to the overall success of our logistics operations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Experience in a warehouse, fulfillment, or logistics environment is beneficial.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and perform frequent Lifting.
- Excellent attention to detail for order accuracy.
- Basic math and reading comprehension skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Understanding of Safety protocols in a warehouse setting.
