Responsibilities:
- Safely operate forklifts to transport materials within the warehouse.
- Load and unload goods from trucks and trailers.
- Store and retrieve inventory accurately and efficiently.
- Perform routine pre-operation checks on forklift equipment.
- Assist with order picking, packing, and staging as needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Adhere strictly to all safety regulations and company policies, including the use of PPE.
- Participate in inventory management and cycle counts.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid forklift operator certification and proven work experience.
- Experience with various types of forklifts is a plus.
- Ability to lift and move items up to 50 pounds.
- Strong understanding of warehouse logistics and safety procedures.
- Commitment to wearing required PPE and prioritizing safety.
