Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments.
- Stock inventory accurately in designated warehouse locations.
- Pick and pack orders with precision and speed.
- Prepare shipments for dispatch, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.
- Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts (if certified) and pallet jacks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and assist with cycle counts.
- Adhere strictly to all safety protocols, including the mandatory use of PPE.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to achieve operational goals.
- Support other warehouse functions as needed.
Requirements:
- Physical ability to perform frequent standing, walking, squatting, and reaching.
- Capability of Lifting up to 50 pounds consistently.
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred.
- Familiarity with logistics operations and inventory management.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
- Good communication skills.
- Must be compliant with all safety guidelines and wear assigned PPE.
- Reliability and a strong sense of responsibility.
