Join our dynamic fulfillment team in Chicago, Illinois! We are seeking a proactive and organized Fulfillment Associate to contribute to our efficient order processing operations. In this essential role, you will be responsible for picking, packing, and preparing customer orders for shipment with accuracy and speed. Your daily activities will involve navigating our warehouse, retrieving specified items, ensuring the correct product and quantity are selected, and meticulously preparing them for transit. This position demands physical stamina, the ability to work in a demanding environment, and requires regular Lifting of packages. Upholding stringent Safety standards is critical; therefore, all team members must consistently utilize proper PPE and follow established safety protocols. Responsibilities:
  • Accurately pick items from designated warehouse locations according to order fulfillment lists.
  • Verify product SKUs, quantities, and quality before packing.
  • Pack orders using appropriate materials and methods to ensure product protection during transit.
  • Label packages correctly and prepare them for the shipping carriers.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of your workstation and surrounding areas.
  • Adhere to all company Safety policies and procedures, including the mandatory use of PPE .
  • Contribute to the efficiency and effectiveness of our overall Logistics operations.
  • Perform physical tasks such as walking, standing for extended periods, and Lifting up to 40 lbs.
  • Communicate any stock shortages or issues to supervisors promptly.
  • Participate in inventory counts and other warehouse tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment, or packing role is highly desirable.
  • Ability to interpret order forms and product labels accurately.
  • Physical capability to handle repetitive tasks including standing, bending, and Lifting .
  • Knowledge of and commitment to workplace Safety and the correct use of PPE .
  • Excellent attention to detail and a focus on accuracy.
  • Strong ability to work efficiently and meet performance targets.
  • Basic understanding of Logistics principles is advantageous.
