We are seeking a detail-oriented Shipping Clerk to join our team in Provo, Utah! As a Shipping Clerk, you will be responsible for coordinating and processing outgoing shipments, ensuring accuracy, and preparing documentation. This role is essential for maintaining efficient Logistics operations and ensuring timely delivery of our products. You will work closely with other warehouse staff and carriers to manage the shipping process from start to finish. We are committed to providing a safe working environment and supply all necessary PPE . This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Responsibilities:
- Prepare shipping labels and documentation for outgoing packages.
- Coordinate with carriers to schedule pickups and track shipments.
- Verify the accuracy of outgoing orders before shipment.
- Inspect outgoing shipments for damage or discrepancies.
- Maintain organized shipping records and files.
- Communicate with internal departments and external partners regarding shipment status.
- Adhere to all company Safety policies and procedures.
- Operate shipping software and equipment as needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in shipping, receiving, or a related administrative role preferred.
- Proficiency in computer applications, including shipping software and MS Office.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Understanding of shipping regulations and Logistics best practices.
- Comfort with occasional Lifting up to 30 lbs.
- Must use provided PPE as required.
