Responsibilities:
- Receive and process incoming shipments, verifying contents against purchase orders.
- Sort, organize, and stock merchandise in designated warehouse locations.
- Accurately pick and pack orders for shipment according to customer requirements.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and assist with stocktaking.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area, following all Safety guidelines.
- Wear appropriate PPE at all times to ensure personal Safety.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and optimize logistics flow.
- Assist with shipping and receiving tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center is beneficial.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including consistent Lifting of up to 45 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and logistics.
- Commitment to workplace Safety and adherence to all procedures.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work different shifts as required.
