Responsibilities:
- Operate forklifts, reach trucks, and other powered industrial trucks to move materials.
- Load and unload goods from trucks and trailers.
- Stage materials for production, shipping, and receiving departments.
- Perform routine checks on equipment to ensure proper functioning and Safety.
- Maintain an organized and clutter-free work area.
- Assist with inventory control and stock rotation.
- Adhere strictly to all Safety regulations and guidelines, including wearing required PPE.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to improving warehouse logistics.
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous experience as a Material Handler or Forklift Operator is required.
- Valid forklift operator certification.
- Ability to perform heavy Lifting up to 60 lbs.
- Knowledge of warehouse Safety practices and procedures.
- Familiarity with different types of material handling equipment.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Reliability and punctuality.
- Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
