Job Summary:
Our Boise, Idaho facility is looking for a skilled Forklift Operator to join our logistics team. In this role, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of forklifts to move, locate, relocate, stack, and count inventory. You will play a crucial part in loading and unloading trucks and supporting the overall flow of goods within our distribution center. A strong commitment to safety, adherence to operational procedures, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment are essential. You will work closely with other warehouse personnel to ensure accuracy and efficiency. Compliance with all safety regulations and the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is mandatory. This role requires precision, reliability, and a proactive approach to maintaining a safe and productive workspace.
Responsibilities:
  • Safely operate forklifts to move materials, supplies, and products.
  • Load and unload goods from trucks and trailers.
  • Transport inventory to and from designated storage areas.
  • Stack and stage materials accurately according to warehouse layout.
  • Perform daily inspections of forklift equipment and report any issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory movements.
  • Adhere strictly to all company safety policies and procedures, including the use of PPE.
  • Assist with general warehouse duties as needed, such as order picking or packing.
  • Follow all logistics and operational guidelines to ensure efficiency.

Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Forklift Operator with current certification.
  • Demonstrated ability to operate forklifts safely and proficiently.
  • Knowledge of warehouse operations and logistics processes.
  • Ability to perform lifting tasks as required by the role.
  • Excellent hand-eye coordination and spatial awareness.
  • Strong commitment to workplace safety and accident prevention.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Must be reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
