Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against documentation.
- Accurately store merchandise in designated warehouse locations.
- Pick and pack orders for shipment using appropriate tools and technology.
- Prepare outbound shipments, ensuring correct labeling and packaging.
- Maintain a clean, orderly, and **safety**-compliant work environment.
- Adhere to all company **safety** policies, including the mandatory use of **PPE**.
- Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks.
- Assist in conducting inventory counts and cycle counts.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to meet operational targets.
- Support the seamless execution of **logistics** functions within the distribution center.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a distribution or warehouse setting is preferred. Must have the ability to work efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced environment. Physical requirements include standing for extended periods and **Lifting** (up to 50 lbs). Strong attention to detail and a commitment to **safety** are essential. Teamwork and good communication skills are highly valued. Understanding and compliance with **PPE** requirements are mandatory for this role. This position is vital for our **logistics** success.
