Responsibilities:
  • Receive and unload incoming shipments, verifying contents against orders.
  • Accurately pick and pack customer orders according to established procedures.
  • Store and organize inventory in designated warehouse locations.
  • Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and potentially forklifts (certification may be required).
  • Prepare outgoing shipments, ensuring proper labeling and packaging.
  • Conduct regular inventory checks and assist with cycle counts.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Strictly adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including the correct use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
  • Support the efficient flow of goods within the logistics operation.
  • Report any issues, damages, or safety concerns to supervisors promptly.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required; we are willing to train motivated individuals.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing, walking, bending, and frequent Lifting.
  • Basic understanding of warehouse operations and logistics.
  • Good attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Reliability and a strong work ethic.
  • Commitment to following safety guidelines and utilizing PPE.
