Responsibilities:
- Receive and unload incoming shipments, verifying contents against orders.
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders according to established procedures.
- Store and organize inventory in designated warehouse locations.
- Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and potentially forklifts (certification may be required).
- Prepare outgoing shipments, ensuring proper labeling and packaging.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and assist with cycle counts.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Strictly adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including the correct use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Support the efficient flow of goods within the logistics operation.
- Report any issues, damages, or safety concerns to supervisors promptly.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required; we are willing to train motivated individuals.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing, walking, bending, and frequent Lifting.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and logistics.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Reliability and a strong work ethic.
- Commitment to following safety guidelines and utilizing PPE.
