Join our dynamic logistics team in sunny San Diego, California, as a Warehouse Associate. This integral role supports the efficient operation of our distribution center. You will be involved in a range of warehouse activities, including receiving and inspecting inbound shipments, accurately picking and packing orders for outbound delivery, stocking shelves, and maintaining inventory accuracy. Your contributions are vital to ensuring our customers receive their orders correctly and on time. The position requires a proactive attitude, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. You must be comfortable performing tasks that involve physical exertion, including standing for extended periods, walking, bending, and regular lifting of items up to 50 pounds. Safety is our highest priority; therefore, strict adherence to all safety protocols and the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is mandatory. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments.
- Pick and pack customer orders with accuracy and speed.
- Stock shelves and maintain inventory levels.
- Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Follow all company safety policies and use required PPE.
- Perform tasks including frequent lifting up to 50 lbs.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics role is preferred.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting, standing, and walking for extended periods.
- Familiarity with warehouse equipment and operations.
- Strong understanding of safety procedures and the use of PPE.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
