Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and verify incoming inventory.
- Accurately pick and pack orders for outbound shipment.
- Stock merchandise in designated locations within the distribution center.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment.
- Follow all safety protocols and demonstrate proper use of PPE.
- Assist with inventory management and cycle counts.
- Identify and report any stock discrepancies or safety concerns.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to meet daily targets.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a distribution center or warehouse setting is desirable.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 60 lbs) and stand/walk for extended periods.
- Knowledge of warehouse safety practices and PPE.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic math and computer skills.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Dependable and punctual.
