About
Join our team as a Fulfillment Associate in Denver, Colorado, and be a vital part of our e-commerce logistics operations. As a Fulfillment Associate, you will handle a variety of tasks including receiving incoming inventory, picking and packing customer orders with accuracy, and preparing items for shipment. Your role is critical in ensuring our customers receive their orders promptly and correctly. We are committed to maintaining a safe and efficient workplace, and adherence to all Safety guidelines and the use of PPE is mandatory. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, energetic, and has a strong work ethic. Prior experience in a warehouse or fulfillment center is beneficial, but we are eager to train motivated individuals. Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and accurately stock incoming merchandise.
- Pick products for customer orders using pick lists or scanning devices.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently, ensuring product protection during transit.
- Prepare packages for shipment, affixing labels and necessary documentation.
- Operate manual pallet jacks and assist with loading/unloading trailers.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Follow all established Safety procedures and protocols.
- Wear and properly utilize all required PPE.
- Contribute to inventory control and cycle count activities.
- Support team members and assist with other warehouse duties as needed to ensure smooth logistics flow.
- Ability to perform tasks requiring physical exertion, including significant Lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Willingness to comply with all Safety regulations and wear designated PPE.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, e-commerce fulfillment, or logistics role is a plus.
