About
Our Provo, Utah facility is seeking a diligent and efficient Order Picker to join our logistics team. As an Order Picker, you will be instrumental in ensuring that customer orders are accurately assembled and prepared for shipment. Your responsibilities will include navigating the warehouse to locate specific items, picking them according to order details, and preparing them for the packing and shipping stages. A high degree of accuracy and a strong work ethic are essential for success in this role. Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately select items from warehouse shelves based on pick orders.
- Verify product information and quantity before picking.
- Ensure picked items are handled carefully to prevent damage.
- Transport picked items to the designated staging or packing area.
- Assist with inventory counts and help maintain accurate stock records.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment as needed, such as pallet jacks.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures, including the proper use of PPE.
- Meet or exceed individual and team productivity goals.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in order picking or a warehouse role is preferred.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift throughout the shift.
- Requires lifting up to 50 pounds regularly.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Understanding of basic logistics and inventory management principles.
- Strict adherence to safety regulations and diligent use of PPE are mandatory.
