Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damage.
- Store products in designated warehouse locations, ensuring proper organization.
- Pick and pack customer orders with speed and accuracy.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and order pickers as needed.
- Assist with inventory counts and maintain stock accuracy.
- Keep the warehouse clean, tidy, and safe, following all protocols.
- Load outbound shipments onto trucks.
- Collaborate with colleagues to meet daily operational targets.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and utilize required PPE.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or general labor experience is a plus.
- Ability to perform frequent lifting of up to 50 pounds.
- Basic understanding of inventory management.
- Familiarity with warehouse safety procedures and the importance of PPE.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
