We are seeking an attentive and organized Receiving Clerk to join our logistics team in Phoenix, Arizona. In this vital role, you will be responsible for the accurate and efficient processing of all incoming shipments. Your duties will include unloading delivery trucks, verifying incoming goods against purchase orders and packing slips, inspecting items for any damage or discrepancies, and accurately entering received items into our inventory management system. Strong attention to detail and accuracy are paramount to ensure that our inventory records are precise and up-to-date. You will work closely with suppliers and internal departments to resolve any receiving-related issues promptly. This position requires the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. The role involves physical activity, including standing, walking, bending, and lifting items typically weighing up to 40 pounds. Adherence to all company safety policies and procedures, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), is mandatory.
