We are seeking an energetic and precise Order Picker to join our busy warehouse in Madison, Wisconsin. In this critical role, you will be responsible for accurately selecting items from warehouse shelves to fulfill customer orders. Your tasks will include reading pick tickets, locating products using inventory systems, and carefully gathering the correct items and quantities. Exceptional attention to detail is crucial to minimize errors and ensure customer satisfaction. You will work closely with other warehouse staff to maintain efficient workflows and contribute to the overall success of our logistics operations. This position requires the ability to work at a pace that meets order fulfillment demands, while consistently maintaining accuracy. The role involves significant physical activity, including walking, standing for extended periods, bending, and reaching. You will also be required to perform frequent lifting of items up to 35 pounds.
